Exiled

 Homeless

Disconnected.

Helpless

and inwardly Vulnerable.

Poised and clothes-less.

Stranded precariously 

in a time-less place

where space envelopes 

and numbs the sight.

Neither imposing; 

no one responding

to sound-less pleas of melting tears.

The unshakable wall freezes time

melting into a glimmer of light that pierces the soul

and ignites the heart with a savior of hope, 

and the beginning of a healing journey that lies ahead, ahead for you.
